\n• Identifies areas where processes are missing/ not fully documented.
\n• Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
\n• Provides leadership to process audits and/or team members in the development of process quality and improvement programs and initiatives.
\n• Identifies Information Technology Service Management business process requirements by interviewing process participants, benchmarking Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards, analyzing existing processes, determining process objectives and documenting results.
\n• Identifies current state gaps (duplicate processes, process bottlenecks, process deficiencies, errors, misalignment, etc.
\n• Works with process owner to document the desired state process.
\n• Prepares process description, workflow diagram, roles and responsibilities, KPIs, and supporting Standard Operating procedures.
\n• Leads the process through the formal approval process.
\n• Prepares training materials and conducts initial training session on the process.
\n• Completes formal process handoff to the Process Owner.
\n• Serves a point of reference for process questions.
\n• Acts as a reference point on Information Technology Infrastructure Library methodology and practice.
\n• Provides knowledge of industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices to the IT organization.
