Senior IT Scrum Master - CRM

What You'll Do:

CRITEO is looking for a passionate Senior IT Scrum Master to join our CRM Tribe without Internal IT Department!

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring Agile in general, and Scrum or any other agile framework in particular is understood and enacted. She/he ensures that the Team adheres to Agile practices, culture, values and that it understands the chosen framework's theory, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc...). She/he ensures that the team’s agile practices operate in consistency with the other tribe’s practices and partners with the other scrum masters for continuous improvement.

She/He is a servant-leader of the Team. She/He helps those outside the Team understand which of their interactions with the Team are helpful and which are not. She/He helps everyone change these interactions to improve the performance of the Team. She/He challenges the Team to achieve best quality, user alignment, value creation and team engagement.

She/He should also anticipate any impediments or new context impacting team’s performance or the organization itself and should be able to accompany & support the team to adapt and cope with those changes.

Who You Are:

Bac +5 (MS or equivalent), and at least 7 years of experience as a scrum master in Agile project or organization using Scrum

Experiences working in an international environment

Experiences working with delivery teams in India would be highly appreciated

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly appreciated

Knowledge of Kanban and SAFe is highly appreciated

Knowledge of the Salesforce landscape is highly appreciated (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRMA, Einstein, Mulesoft, Copado,…)

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies, from a theoretical and a practical standpoint

Awareness on technical practices: Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, DevOps

Ability to enable the team to continuously increase product value

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment

Enjoys working with people (facilitating and collaborating)

Enjoys discovering new areas, being curious (product trajectory, AI, …)

Attitude of empowerment and team building
