About the Role

This is a Site administrator role reporting to the EUC Manager for the region.  The role will involve the day-to-day on-site support of staff in the Pecs office and occasional remote support for other locations.

What You Will Do

Ensure desktop support internal processes and procedures are adhered toManage incidents/ service requests assigned to them until resolution/ executionProvide support to local and remote usersHandle end-user escalation effectively and involve the EUC Manager accordinglyRoute/assign tickets to appropriate support group if necessary identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issuesUpdating pending tickets with timely, precise, and accurate updatesFollowing up with end users or support groups, if necessary, for closure of pending ticketsCreating and uploading knowledge-base articlesProvide support to internal projects and ensure all assigned project deliverables are completedUnderstanding of Microsoft (MS) Windows 10/11, MS M365, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, and patchingPerform application support, Samsung and iPhone mobile device support, PC imaging, and housekeepingHands and feet support for all IT Digital towers (Network, Security, Windows, Linux, and Unified Communications towers)

 

What You Need

5 years plus experience in an IT support roleUnderstand requirements on the vision and roadmap on End-user spaceAbility to design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environmentGood experience in the core End User services domainKnowledge of computers/ Laptops/ Printers/ peripheral troubleshootingKnowledge of Office applications, MS O365, security clients, patch management, etc.Experience and knowledge in various methodologies and models for end-user services deliveryAwareness and experience in practice development initiativesMust have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Operating systems (MS Windows 10 and 11)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian and English
