Let’s Talk about you:

You will be the sole staff member based in Israel, work closely with global colleagues of the wider IT services team, that responsible for all IL Site support & Global support requirement.
 

Provide T2 Desktop Support which includes troubleshooting complex Workstations, O365, Intune, mobility solutions, Windows, MAC OS, and Desktop Application issues Ensure tickets are assigned and addressed according to SLA Work on mobile-related issues & requests (ex. SIM\Handset provisioning, enable travel pack) Work on modern Desktop & Mobile solution which includes implementation & support  Work on End-user compliance\Auditing requirements (global standards) Work on Hardware related tickets for endpoint Laptop & accessories Carry out daily tasks and provide the best customer service to internal staff Document and develop new procedures (Knowledge Articles) for Tier 2 and Tier 1 teams Provide support and act as escalation for the Global Service Desk


 

Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

At least 5 years’ experience in IT field  Strong experience in Windows 10\11, Intune (MDM) ,Autopilot, O365, Email, Desktop security solutions, MAC OS, JAMF Awareness of Azure fundamentals\MFA Awareness of ITIL\Service Now Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to write detailed reports and procedures Ability to work under pressure and independently Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language Degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have:

Understanding of the below technologies is desirable Windows Server AWS Azure AD
