About the Team:

As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, tools, and best practices, as well as production support and maintenance of Salesforce Service and Community Clouds.

 

About the Role:

• Spend the majority of time working on day-to-day Salesforce-related development tasks
• Possess in-depth domain expertise in multiple areas critical to the business and work independently with minimal supervision
• Serve as a Salesforce Platform expert, understanding when to implement standard vs custom solutions
• Continuously expand knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related tools, technologies, and best practices
• Analyze, recommend, and implement Salesforce tools
• Proactively analyze existing internal/external design, architecture, and development practices, articulating when a change is needed
• Mentor and educate others on Salesforce development methodologies, best practices, and tools
• Perform code reviews and actively participate in deployment processes
• Engage in conversations with business system analysts to understand requirements
• Stay aware of integrated product developments within Salesforce and third-party applications (AppExchange)
• Rely on instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures to perform day-to-day tasks
• Use research and domain expertise to work on technical projects
• Keep projects and initiatives in motion and delivered on time for self and junior team members

 

About You:
 
Basic Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of software development experience (C#, Visual Basic, Java, Salesforce), with 3+ years focused on Salesforce Development
• Advanced experience with Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
• Expertise in building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Flow for process automation
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
Certifications: 
• Salesforce ADM201 and DEV401 Certifications (DEV501 a plus)
• Salesforce Dev PD1 certified (must), Dev PD2 (preferred)
• Service/Experience Cloud certification (preferred)

The pay range for this position is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
