As Senior IT Support Analyst you are on-site support to all our great colleagues and based in our modern facilities in Nordhavn. You will report to the Manager of the IT Support Team located in Sweden.

We will rely on you to:

On-site support to our local colleagues in Denmark, primarily in Nordhavn but also our Aarhus officeOn- and off boarding of colleaguesPrepare / maintain PC workstations.Administer and prepare mobile devices.Maintenance and operation of copy/print, local backup, and other operating systemsParticipate in technical operational tasks, including troubleshooting.Work with our Service Desk and asset management systems.Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

What you need to have:

Speaks and understands English at a high level and can communicate in the Nordic languagesA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international organisationSolid knowledge of software and hardwareKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft environment in generalKnowledge of standard operating systems such as Windows 10Knowledge of ITIL processesKnowledge of Copiers, printers, and AV equipmentKnowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.Solid interpersonal skills and service mindsetPragmatic, robust and solution orientated personality
