Senior IT Support Analyst / Windows and Mac

Our client, a global advertising and marketing brand, is seeking a Senior IT Support Administrator with expertise in Windows and Mac Operating Systems. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan and offers an exciting opportunity to ramp up from a Support role into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer within 12-18 months. Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT Support, focusing on Windows and Mac OS environments. Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and JAMF for Mac device management. Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and system administration. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support. Desire to grow into a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer role within 12-18 months.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience with cloud-based services such as Office 365 and Azure. Exposure to network security best practices and system hardening. Experience working in hybrid environments and managing remote IT systems. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar support methodologies. Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple Certified Support).

50% Windows Systems Support 50% Mac OS Systems Support

Daily Responsibilities:

60% Hands-On IT Support (Helpdesk, Troubleshooting) 20% MDM and JAMF Management 20% Collaboration with Systems/Infrastructure Teams
