Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Tax & Accounting development team as a Senior Java Developer. The focus will be on developing and exploring new features for our collaboration solutions and our online payroll solution. We are using Java, Kotlin, Azure Service Bus, PostgreSQL, and other tools and technologies for the application development life cycle.

 

Responsibilities

·       Execute the quality procedures on SW development and deliver high-quality components concerning performance, scalability, and robustness

·       Develop, configure, and write unit/integration tests for the software to meet user requirements and associated acceptance criteria, performance criteria, and non-functional requirements in line with set conventions and processes

·       Ability to understand software design concepts and perform follow-up of other SW development and test tasks within the scope of your experience

·       Perform an intake and acceptance on SW development tasks

·       Participate in peer code reviews (using tools)

 

Requirements

·       BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

·       5+ years of Java development experience (Java11 and above)

·       Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

·       Experience with Maven and JUnit.

·       Experience in working in an Agile environment (SCRUM).

·       Experience with Pair Programming and TDD or Behavior-driven development.

·       Experience with Git.
