Senior Java Developer
Our Client, a Utility and Energy Generation and Distribution company, is looking for a Senior Java Developer for their Glen Allen, VA/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. + Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. + Our system is considered to be very important to the company. + We do have security protocols which require management via CyberArk. + Write well designed, testable, efficient code + Ensure designs follow specifications + Prepare and produce releases of software components + Prepare technical standards, provide technical advice and guidance, and collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop design + Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives + Investigate, debug, and fix software defects + Work with limited supervision. + Resource should be willing to analyze, research and should take initiative in solving the issues. + A go getter attitude.
