As a Senior Java Developer, you will participate in the full lifecycle of a web application project and should be able to deliver on multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:Project:
• Participate in the full lifecycle of web application project.
• Ability to develop new applications or enhancements.
• Ability to deliver on multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures that the application developed performs unit testing.
• Ensures that the applications and services are secured and implemented the best security practices.
• Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
• Understands and comply with the defined and agreed SDLC and CMMI Standards of the organizations.
• Writes documentation related to major and complex development or enhancement to existing projects.
Support:
• Ability to support and develop applications to the issues raised by project managers/stakeholders.
• Able to detect the cause of the issues.
• Able to implement preventive actions to recurring issues and find a solution to fix them.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years' experience in Fullstack web development and has prior experience in application support
• Bachelor's or master's degree in any related field –IT, Computer Science
• Good in English communication: read, write and speak
• Able to read technical and functional specifications
• Able to do in-depth analysis to provide workarounds or solutions for business continuity
• Must be amenable to reporting onsite 3 days a week in Alabang on a dayshift schedule.
