Required skills and background for the Sr. Java Engineers:

 

-  Minimum of 7 years experience as a software developer using Java J2EE

-  Full lifecycle experience including design, development, testing and maintenance.

-  Experience with database design and SQL development skills

-  Strong background with Web application development using J2EE

-  Extensive experience with Spring and Hibernate (MUST BE STRONG)

-  Experience with enterprise level/product development in a SaaS environment a plus

-  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-  BS Degree in Computer Science

*In addition, .Net and C# experience are a plus.
