Deliver techno-functional requirements for Asset Servicing platform which include a key 3rd party vendor product TCS BancsEnsure compliance with architectural principles and development standardsEnsure solution designs address performance, availability, security and supportability challenges, as well as business functional requirementsWork with colleagues from partner teams globally to translate business and technical requirements into solutionsEnsure “Cloud first” and DevOps automation strategies for all solutionsEnsure successful delivery of solutions into Production environmentProvide support for live IT servicesCarries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.Take an active role in the mentoring and development of more junior resourcesDrive Engineering Excellence through Non-functional aspects

Sound knowledge and understanding of financial service applications. Experience of implementing and replacing legacy systems in global and direct custody markets is a major plusExposure to the TCS BANCs product is a major plus.Knowledge and understanding of software development and application architectureAbility to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical issuesAbility to act quickly, pragmatically and assertively under pressure to prioritize and resolve technical challengesSelf-motivated to initiate action and be responsible for resultsProven planning, prioritization, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills Maintaining HSBC’s core values in workKnowledge of programming languages, various business applications, state of the art technology, and current trends in the industry is required to consult with business unit partners to determine effective technology utilization.Knowledge of various application designs and programming techniques, usually acquired through related experience, is required to develop conceptual system design.
