Position Summary

We are looking for a new Senior Key Account Manager to join our team!

Role and Responsibilities

Increasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targetsCollaboration with existing distributors, system integrators and opening new onesPartner and end customer visit through Adriatic regionOpening new Business opportunities and follow up on existing onesNegotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creationAnalyzing account profiles and potentialsStrategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordinglyPlanning sales and promotion activitiesSetting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating  resultsAnalyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvementsMaking timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availabilityCoordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/regionProviding customers with products and performance trainingsProviding feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitorsActive involvement in annual budgeting processOther tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

University degreeMinimum 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account managementDriver's license B categoryUpper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good knowledge of the market and good business senseGood product knowledgeExcellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skillsHigh customer orientation with strong communication skillsAnalytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitudeStriving for further improvement and continuous innovationAbility to travel across the region
