Senior Key Account Manager

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the design and manufacturing of high-end IT and hardware solutions. With a broad range of innovative products, they support businesses and professional users by providing optimal performance and an unparalleled user experience. As part of the expansion of their sales team in France, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring continuous sales growth.

Design and implement commercial and marketing strategies to maximize key account performance.

Drive demand generation and set up tailored promotional actions.

Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Conduct competitive analysis and adapt strategy based on market trends.

Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client accounts.

Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize stock management and product availability.

Participate in annual commercial negotiations with distributors and partners.

Train and support reseller partners to ensure a thorough understanding of products and brand objectives.

Organize events and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze performance indicators to optimize commercial actions.

Profile Sought:

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT product sales, account management, or channel management.

Proven experience in negotiations with major retailers and specialized retailers.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (MS Office, advanced Excel).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for IT and new technologies.

Fluent English is a must.

Good understanding of profitability and P&L management.
