What You'll Do

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in a Client Focused role within BCG's Travel, Cities & Tourism (TCI) and Climate & Sustainability (C&S) Practice Areas in the Middle East, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). Core focus areas will include driving forward the regional TCI x C&S IP and commercial platform including topics important to Megaprojects & Infrastructure in Middle East such as C&S Transformation, ESG Strategy & Disclosure, Decarbonization, Climate Risk A&R in close collaboration with sectoral and functional expertise from across the TCI and C&S PAs. You will contribute to proposals and cases through thought partnership in your area of expertise, deliver original analyses and insights helping drive strong impact with clients. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional
travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

 

You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, providing insights & advice for proposals and client workshops. Additionally, as a Lead Knowledge Analyst, you will lead development of intellectual property & assets for the business and mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

What You'll Bring

3+ years consulting experience in relevant sector/topic required, candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Strong problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDeep understanding and expertise in relevant sector/ topicFluency in English; local languages from Middle East context a plusStrong data and analytical capabilities, e.g., versatile in ESG data platforms, Excel, Alteryx and Tableau or similar with proven ability to build consistent models and userfriendly client-ready dashboardsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage
internal and external stakeholders (\"client-ready\") while working in a global
collaborative team environment.
