Senior Knowledge Management Specialist
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Knowledge Management Specialist** to join our team in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (Northern) **DMV area** . The NOSC Senior Knowledge Management Specialist develops and implements strategies to capture, organize, and share critical IT and cybersecurity knowledge and documentation across the organization. They optimize knowledge-sharing platforms, enhance documentation processes, and ensure the availability of accurate, up-to-date information to support mission success and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Assist with tracking SOP and deliverable schedule, review, and submission.; Train and educate employees on KM best practices, procedures, and tools + Prepare and collaborate with team leads and members for assessments requiring artifact review (i.e., CSP Assessments). + Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of documents.; Establish and maintain document classification and indexing systems to facilitate easy access and retrieval of documents; Monitor and enforce document retention schedules and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements + Oversee the Program knowledge management system, ensuring its proper functioning, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KM needs and requirements and provide guidance and support in implementing appropriate solutions + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in KM technologies and tools, and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of the KM system. + Oversees and provides direction to Knowledge Management specialists and tech writers.  **Minimum** **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, and financial modeling and a Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/science, data management, computer science, datainformation warehousing/mining or related field of study + Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) + Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow + Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.  **Preferred Qualifications:** + A master’s degree + SharePoint Administrator experience + CSP Assessment experience **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. + The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability is required prior to starting this position. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to work in an office environment and maneuver in data center and other IT equipment installation locations. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer + Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs for distances up to 50 feet ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
