We are looking for the candidate with technical knowledge in toys and juvenile product testing. 1. Responsible for the daily work management and quality management of the toy and juvenile testing laboratory; 2. Responsible for the optimization of the testing process of toy, baby and child products, improve the efficiency and quality of testing, and ensure the output of the laboratory every day; 3. Review of the test results and ensure that the laboratory issues reports to customers in a timely and accurate manner; 4. Summarize and analyze the problems after the test fails; 5. Handle internal and external technical inquiries by phone and email; 6. Organize client's meeting or seminar for the technical training and support. 7. Handle the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), certifications, and standard updates 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering; 2. More than 3 years of relevant product testing experience, strong technical background on toys regulation (such as ASTM F963, EN 71, Toys regulation SOR/2011-17, ISO 8124), infant toy product testing standards 3. Honest, diligent, and team player; 4.
