Senior Landscape Architect

In the role of Senior Landscape Architect, we'll count on you to:Conduct site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design and landscape designServe as the primary contact to clients, consultants and public agencies on all assigned projectsCoordinate with other disciplines, write and edit site and landscape specifications, and select landscape and pavement materialsProvide construction administration as neededPrepare marketing materials for obtaining work from internal and external clientsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEEDSketchUp experience

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering A minimum of 10 years experience Professional registration Experience with large-scale master planning AutoCAD and Photoshop Extensive experience in all phases of landscape architectural projects and their management Excellent oral and written communication skills and working in a team environment Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
