In this role you will get to act as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to irrigation networks. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Design and planning of primary and secondary irrigation networks. + Act as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to irrigation networks. + Provides support for other engineering activities as required. + Know how to Compute irrigation demands and requirements. + Develop efficient and cost-effective irrigation designs that meet all requirements. + Prepare site plans, design reports, specifications, and cost estimates. + Review of deliverables including design reports, design submissions and specifications. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Civil engineering or related field from an accredited University/ Institute is required. + Minimum 8 years’ experience in design of Landscape and irrigation projects - specifically designing of secondary irrigation works (Solenoid valves, sprinklers, drippers, etc.). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. + Experience advising client of best systems, materials, products, and sustainability for irrigation systems. + Strong computer/software skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Rain cad. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management. + A collegiate, team-player attitude.
