**Role Highlights:**
+ **Lead and Launch:** Spearhead the quoting and prototyping phases of new projects, ensuring seamless transitions to production. Interface directly with customers to understand design requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams and suppliers.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Alignment:** Partner with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing) to ensure customer and supplier requirements align with company capabilities and ISO 13485 medical device compliance standards.
+ **Optimize Processes:** Implement design-for-manufacturing principles, define quality controls, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement.
+ **Supplier and Manufacturing Coordination** : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
+ **Work Schedule:** Flexible 40-45 hours per week; in-office 4 days with an optional remote day.
+ **Travel:** Occasional travel to domestic customers and local suppliers, with potential for international travel based on project needs.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
A results-driven professional with:
+ **Educational Foundation:** A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
+ **Experience:** 5+ years in customer-facing assembly manufacturing roles, preferably in high-compliance industries (e.g., medical or automotive).
+ **Skills:** Strong technical acumen, especially in electrical systems (preferred), with experience in project management and quoting processes. Proficiency in computer design tools is a plus.
+ **Strategic Mindset:** A proactive leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and achieving impactful results.
+ **Technical Acumen:** Proficiency in interpreting schematics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing design-for-manufacturing principles.
+ **Adaptability:** A willingness to travel and collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ **Attributes:** Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
