Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impacts of governmental requirements. **Who You Are** + 事業会社における会計・財務関連で3年以上の経験 + 予算管理・業績管理経験 + 分析スキル、プランニングスキル、財務モデリング経験 + 英語：中級レベルの英語力※海外チームと日常的なメールのやり取りや、会議が理解できるレベル + 会計システム（SAP）の知見 ＜歓迎条件＞ + 簿記2級以上 + ビジネスリーダーやチームメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能 + リスクを予測し、問題を解決するための積極的な行動ができる + プロジェクトマネジメントスキル + At least 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance related role in a business enterprise + Experience in budgeting and performance management + Analytical skills, planning skills and financial modelling experience + English: intermediate level of English language skills *Able to understand daily email exchanges and meetings with overseas teams + Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP) **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
