Position Overview:
The Infrastructure Control & Governance function plays an important role in preserving and enhancing the foundational strength of Northern Trusts control environment. In support of the business operating model this function has global alignment which is centrally managed involves universal coordination and consistency in delivery pertaining to network domain. Candidates for this role needs to be detail orientated pertaining to the domain and effective at driving efforts to conclusion. Candidate should support in leading the day to day operations of the Infrastructure team and working with the global control teams to establish and maintain a highly effective Infrastructure control environment.
Qualifications:
Proven Risk professional with 8+ years of Risk and Controls experience.Have a good understanding on the Network Platforms (Network Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), Network operations Centers, Network Monitoring tools.Solid understanding of financial services regulations, risks and controls.Internal Audit or Risk related Certification (CISA, CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA Network , etc.) is preferred.Highly motivated, self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and can execute effectively.Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders of differing viewpoints to reach consensus.In-depth understanding and experiences of information security and/ or network auditsExperiences of GRC systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferredStrong collaboration and relationship management skills, including experiences in executive management relationshipInnovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teamsHighly flexible and adaptable to change in technologyKey Responsibilities:
Provide stakeholders guidance on identifying key control within network domain.Help to drive improvement of the Infrastructure control environment.Support Infrastructure Governance team with various reporting requirements as needed.Establish working relationships and communications with key stakeholders globally.Help to develop, enhance and execute oversight of the network control environment.Ensure that meetings are effective and deliverables are issued accurate, complete, and provided timely to stakeholders.Support in regulatory compliance operations to ensure adequate reporting and timely response to regulatory exams (internal and external regulatory assessments)Assist in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) against the infrastructure network domainWorking with Us:
