In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Analyze business processes or new enhancements requested by businesses to existing processes. Automate and implement business processes related to Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence operations with high focus on insights and analytics for data-driven business decisions and actions, and coordination with different stakeholders and functional resources within the support operations groups. Apply relevant and new information technology products and services to business projects and analysis. Create and update process flow diagrams, process definition documents, and workflows, and run test cases for new and existing processes. Create new local or global reports driven by business needs as it continues to expand and evolve. Prepare and communicate reports to all World Area Operations and functional groups, emphasizing their areas for improvement in terms of data quality and integrity. Prepare report handover documents outlining the guidelines on how to create, monitor, and maintain all reports. Develop and document processes to improve and efficiently apply current tools and resources while ensuring compliance.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or other related fields. 5 years of relevant work experience in business process automation, analytics, business intelligence, or insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills. Experience in data mining and analysis, data processing, data visualization, and report preparation. Experience working in cross-functional groups and multi-cultural environments. Experience using Power BI in report preparation.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

Working knowledge in Power Automate/Power Apps is a plus. Experience using Visual Basic is a plus.
