About the role:

The role is to provide service delivery support for the client experience team and our clients using the Cross Asset Trading & Risk software, both technically and functionally.

Cross Asset Trading & Risk (Front Arena) is the global leader in convertible bond and equity-linked data, analytics, trading & risk systems. Serving hundreds of clients and thousands of users across the sell-side and buy-side, Front Arena enables users to make informed, rapid decisions for issuing, trading based on the comprehensive analysis of complex market variables.

The Front Arena team is a collection of highly specialized, self-motivated and collaborative professionals spanning a range of functional & technical disciplines: software development, quantitative finance, data researchers, market & application specialists and product support & management.

Our market is growing, and so are we! We are looking to add to our managed services team so we can continue to provide the highest levels of service and client satisfaction to our expanding client base.

What you will be doing:

You will perform small projects including new client onboarding and change management activitiesYou will provide technical support to FIS internal teams to help resolve issuesYou will help create and validate runbooks, and track task progress in our issue management systemYou will provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiriesYou will analyze problems and work with other teams to provide and implement solutionsYou will help improve and automate processes to bring efficiencies to the businessYou will build long-term relationships with our clients through your continued support of their applications and related business challengesYou will document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

What you will need:

Strong analytical skillsKnowledge in programming, implementation of software products.Experience in SQL and programming (preferably in the financial sector using Python)Experience in incident, problem, change, and release managementOrganizational and time management skills requiredSelf-starter with proven ability to work independentlyExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and APIsPrior experience of supporting trading platformsInterest or experience in finance, trading or the asset management industryPrior experience with Cross Asset Trading and Risk (Front Arena) application
