Senior Lead Business Analyst – Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System

International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Business Analyst to Lead the Outbound Workstream for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management(MAWM) Implementation for International’s parts distribution centers. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations and extensive experience with best-in-breed WMS solutions. This is a hybrid position reporting to our world headquarters in Lisle, IL with at least 25% travel expectations within US, Canada, and Mexico. Responsibilities + Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. + Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. + Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. + Designs details of automated systems. + May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. + May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. + Lead cross functional discussions with business users, software provider and system integrator to analyz requirements, brainstorm solutions and recommend industry best practices + Configure and test the MAWM application to enable the outbound workstream processes supporting waving, cubing, picking, packing and shipping. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s degree + At least 8 years of business analyst experience + At least 1 year of lead experience OR + Master’s degree + At least 6 years of business analyst experience + At least 1 year of lead experience OR + At least 10 years of business analyst experience + At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills + Warehouse operations domain experience is strongly preferred. + Willingness to travel at least 25% within the US, Canada, and Mexico. + 10+ years of working with best in breed WMS Solutions is strongly preferred. + At least one Full lifecycle MAWM implementation experience is strongly preferred. + Multiple full lifecycle WMS Implementation experience across best in breed WMS systems. + Strong understanding of complete WMS process flows. + Good experience in WMS Cloud implementations. + Abillity to understand & Developing Complex WMS Rules and workflows. + Excellent technical skills with the ability to independently handle technical assignments and lead a team. + Understanding & capable of designing WMS and/or Legacy system(s) Integrations. + Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job.
