Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - IT&V Capacity Planning Governance & Oversight

The Independent Testing & Validation team is responsible for the development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities across the Enterprise in alignment with the Risk Management Framework and ensuring effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies.

As a member of Independent Testing & Validation (IT&V) Business Initiatives & Execution (BIE) team the Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for providing operational support for IT&V testing teams. The primary focus of the role will be oversight and governance of IT&V staff utilization processes and plan status monitoring routines, to drive consistency and accountability.  The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will work directly with the testing teams to provide oversight on their Annual Plans, assignments on their engagements, staff utilization, progress to plan, as well as governance and oversight of our ITV-specific chargeability management and capacity planning tools.


In this role, you will:

Lead monthly plan status meetings with assigned testing team senior leaders to review the population of at risk and past due engagements and any related action plans, capturing evidence of meeting outcomes.Communicate and reinforce processes and responsibilities related to staff utilization expectations to ensure transparency and awareness.Facilitate oversight routines with senior leaders to review staff utilization data and metrics.Review of forecasted staff assignments for alignment with capacity planning guidance and projected time allocations, providing credible challenge as needed.Confirming availability and negotiating resource sharing agreements within and across T&V verticals to fulfill resource gaps.Coordinating with IT&V Staffing to obtain third party support when internal resources are not available.Review of weekly chargeability data to confirm accuracy and completeness ahead of monthly Objective and Key Results reporting.Provide user support for staff utilization tools, including troubleshooting, general questions, and creation and maintenance of related job aids and reference materials.Review and maintain employee roster data as a critical input to tools and metrics reporting logic.Perform analysis of chargeability data to confirm planning assumptions and identify trends that may require enhanced guidance or other adjustments.Liaise with Technology teams on business requirements for tool enhancements and reporting needs.Monitor reporting dashboards to confirm function is as designed and output of data is representative of information in the tools.  Liaise with Technology for needed corrections or adjustments.


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
