Date Posted: 2025-02-20 Country: India Location: No.14/1 & 15/1, Maruthi Industrial Estate, Phase 2, Hoody Village, Whitefield Road, KR Puram Hobli,Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Position Role Type: Unspecified Job Title :- Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst (SAP FI) Band :- P3 Qualification :- Bachelor/Master’s full time degree in Accounting, Finance, or appropriate discipline Desired Experience :- 6 - 9 Years Location :- Bangalore Shift :- US Shift/ Hybrid mode Job Responsibilities + Work with business users to interpret and refine business requirements on projects. + Translate business requirements into designs and specifications that consider business process, industry trends and SAP best practices. + As lead of small efforts will act as project manager, business analyst, and technical lead. + On large efforts may fill a combination of business analyst, technical lead, or individual contributor role. + Lead or support all phases of testing including managing test data, devising test cases and resolving test findings. + Contribute to or lead training and documentation efforts in support of project work. + Support multiple business units. + Work with and coordinate across multiple technical teams. + Provide level three production support for issues and enhancement requests. + Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks. + Demonstrate an understanding and proficiency in business analysis best practices as well as hands on SAP design and configuration. + Strong people skills, business skills and SAP skills are crucial for success. + Will apply lean principles to issue resolution, process improvement and product design. + Use technical and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems. + Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any levels or location. + Needs to be able to communicate well with technical team, both on and offshore. Required Experience: + The successful candidate is a demonstrated self-starter and flexible team member with excellent analytical skills. The ability to effectively summarize analyses and adjust communication for various customer perspectives is essential. + Experience successfully balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within deadlines is required. + Experience performing moderate to complex issues, including summarizing conclusions for different audiences. + Proficiency with SAP FI Configuration + Handle SAP FI support (Preferably US Clients, France & Germany) + Handle issues with AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting and Treasury + Prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases + Support client during UAT and month end closing + Exposure into GST and S4 HANA + Knowledge on Third Party Tools such as Dolphin, Vertex, Concur, ITSM and Servicenow will be added advantage.
