Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Construction Manager to join our team, supporting the construction and management of projects at the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in construction management within Department of Energy (DOE) facilities and expertise in overseeing complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for construction activities at the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Manage multi-disciplinary construction teams, coordinating daily operations to achieve project goals while adhering to DOE requirements. Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and DOE regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitor construction progress, conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively. Prepare and present progress reports, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and resolutions. Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years working in DOE facilities or projects of comparable complexity. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of DOE regulations, codes, and standards. Proficiency in construction management software tools and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale construction projects, coordinate diverse teams, and deliver results on time and within budget. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
