Primary Responsibilities:

· Experience working in avionics software development/verification & c

· Experience on Object oriented programming (Preferably Ada) and Python scripting language.

· Ability to work and meet stringent project deadlines.

· Expertise with Configuration Management and Change Control Process.

· Expertise in DO178B/C certification process (at least DAL-B).

· Experience in self handling of work packages.

· Experience in working on High Level testing activities.

· Have intensive and diversified knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer

requirements, project schedule and costs.

· Have diversified knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer requirements.

· Drive building of robust competencies around the functional areas and implement it

· Strong sense of personal responsibility in accomplishing the organization's goals within the deadline

Job responsibilities

· Technically responsible and contributes to at least one activity in a program/project.

· Significant domain knowledge of products and systems in assigned area.

· Analyze, design of tests and able to work independent on test cases and test scripts

development.

· Self-directed and provides the guidance to team members.

· Ensures compliance to Do178B development processes and standard work requirements.

· Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining

solutions.

· Interfaces with US based POCs / SMEs for status & validate approach / design, Drive individual

contributing technical talent and is responsible for a team of engineers.

· Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the construction, analysis, or

management of software. Uses independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job

responsibilities the majority of the time under general supervision.

· Responsible for independent execution of his day to day operations
