Job DescriptionWork on the cutting-edge data ingestion pipelines OpenPipeline or enhance data storage and analytics capabilities within Grail. Prototype, design, and implement low-level components in Java 21. Optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software. Join an international team and boost our productivity by enhancing delivery, collaboration, and communication. Take ownership of your components and features as a team and fully utilize Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your features. 

QualificationsDegree in Computer Science. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend/core development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in managing and processing large-scale data sets will be highly advantageous. Collaborative and motivational personality with a proactive approach.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).Salary: 16k - 24k PLN gross per month
