Senior Lead Product Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead\nProduct Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our diverse\nproduct portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing\nthe end-to-end lifecycle of our products, optimizing processes, and driving\nsuccessful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track\nrecord of leadership in operations management, exceptional strategic planning\nskills, and a passion for driving excellence in product operations. 

Ideal Candidate Experience:   

5\n years of experience in leading operations management, with a focus on\n product operations or related roles. Excellent\n communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate\n effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong\n analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify\n issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Experience\n working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and\n tight deadlines. 
Knowledge\n of agile methodologies, product development processes, and quality\n management principles is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Portfolio Operations Strategy: Develop and execute a\ncomprehensive operations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with\nbusiness objectives and market needs. Define the vision, goals, and priorities\nfor portfolio operations and lead the execution of strategic initiatives. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire\nproduct lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.Ensure that\nproducts are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality\nstandards. Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a team\nof operations professionals responsible for managing product initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management,\nengineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product initiatives\nforward. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may\nimpact the successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingency\nplans and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key\nperformance metrics related to portfolio operations, such as project timelines,\nresource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to\nidentify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive\ndocumentation of product initiatives, including project plans, meeting notes,\nand status reports. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders to\ncommunicate progress and identify any issues or risks. 

YOU MUST HAVE 

Minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments. Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management Strong understanding of Master Data Management
