Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for developer tools Advanced in one or more programming language(s), specifically Java Full stack Advanced knowledge of software applications development and operations in private and public cloud contexts Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight Expertise in DevOps practices - CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Proficiency in Trunk-Based Development, Feature Toggles, Blue-Green Deployments, and Canary Releases. Experience with feature flagging tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Unleash). Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Split.io). Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience developing SDKs, API and UI facades for enterprise CI/CD toolchain to promote extensibility and innovation Experience with gathering feedback, and metrics from developers and stakeholders on tools usage to continuously improve the CD processes.
