Copeland is looking for a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment. This includes leading the recruiting process from calibration, sourcing, interviewing, job offer presentation, and onboarding. We are looking for someone who exhibits expertise on all job profiles by recruiting the right candidates based on the requirements of the position requested by the hiring team. The role also entails monitoring of the hiring progress, meeting recruiting timelines or targets, and conducting passive talent sourcing activities for customer needs especially on high-volume roles.

As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition, you will:

Recruit talent for open positions through utilizing different portals and sourcing channels such as Employee Referrals, Social networks, Job Boards, Agencies, etc. to connect with and pool prospective talent and candidates and build your network.Partner with hiring teams to understand their talent needs, provide insight to the talent market and share your recommendations on the strategy and approach to enable us to net top talent.Attend Job Fairs as a company representative, conduct company overview/orientation, and discuss current job opportunities. Also to participate in events such as open house activities, webinars, University Relations, etc., and projects within the team as assigned by the Manager.Lead calibration and status update meetings with the hiring team. This entails sharing details on your recruiting activity, sharing feedback, potentially negotiating requirements and providing recruitment or market hiring insights as needed.Endorse candidates for operations and/or POC interviews, including preparation of interview notes and sending of invites to both parties.Endorse and provide support to candidates related to onboarding, pre-employment medical exams and background check. This also includes preparing salary file for job offer, drafting job offer and to collecting preboarding requirements.Assist in and potentially lead the new hire onboarding orientation.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience and a graduate of any four-year courseExperience recruiting for a variety of jobs, including professional, management, technical and hourlyExcellent command of the English languageProficient in Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

Advance knowledge in Workday and other candidate sourcing platforms
