Key responsibilities: 

Collaborate with the art director, studio leads, and clients to establish and uphold the artistic vision and style guide for VFX work. For Lead VFX Artists: Manage and mentor a team of VFX artists, fostering their growth through inspiring direction and constructive feedback that aligns with the project’s artistic vision. For Senior VFX Artists: Serve as a key contributor, providing expertise to elevate the quality of VFX work and mentoring junior team members where appropriate. Advocate for the role of VFX in enhancing the game experience, consistently identifying opportunities to push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Demonstrate deep knowledge of VFX principles, a keen sense of timing, and meticulous attention to detail. Showcase a passion for crafting cutting-edge VFX, including set-piece events, ambient effects, and gameplay-driven visuals that define the unique identity of each project. Actively contribute to building a collaborative and innovative art culture, helping to onboard new team members and championing the studio’s core values. Partner closely with technical teams to develop efficient, stable, and state-of-the-art VFX pipelines, contributing to the advancement of new tools and technologies.
