Program Design and Development:
\n\nDesign, implement, and evaluate Manager Excellence development initiatives for all people manager personas.\nCreate engaging and impactful training materials, workshops, and resources that enhance leadership capabilities and promote best practices.\nDevelop and customize scalable leadership enablement programs that align with regional objectives and organizational priorities, including workshops, training sessions, and digital learning resources.\nEnsure programs continuously address diverse leadership styles, cultural contexts, and operational challenges unique to each region.\n\nTraining Delivery and Facilitation:
\n\n Facilitate engaging and interactive leadership training sessions and workshops regionally, utilizing various instructional methods to enhance participation and learning outcomes.\n Collaborate with designated leaders to promote and encourage participation in development initiatives.\n\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
\n\n Collaborate with the central HR team to align talent development strategies with designated leadership stakeholders’ objectives and initiatives.\n Serve as a trusted advisor to designated leadership stakeholders on talent management trends, best practices, and strategies for effective leadership development.\n\nTalent Management Enablement:
\n\nSupport recurring Talent Management processes (e.g., Performance, Development & Feedback) by enabling managers to successfully navigate each aspect of the process, and elevating manager capabilities across core competency areas (e.g. goal-setting, feedback, coaching). \n\nNeeds Assessment:
\n\n Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify specific leadership development needs for each designated leadership stakeholder group and HR partners.\n Analyze feedback and data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement within designated leadership teams.\n\nEvaluation and Continuous Improvement:
\n\nCreate metrics and evaluation processes to regularly assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.\nContinuously refine and improve program content and delivery based on evaluation outcomes and evolving needs.\n\nReporting and Administration:
\n\n Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes, providing regular reports to designated leaders on the status and impact of development initiatives.\n Manage the budget and resources allocated for management development programs effectively.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n4-7 years of experience in talent development, leadership training and development, coaching, or a related field (required), with a focus on global or multi-site operations (preferred).\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training methodologies.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across cultures and regions.\nProven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.\nProven ability to assess development needs, measure program effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements.\nProficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships at all levels within the organization\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to assess training effectiveness.\n\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team \n
