In addition, you will foster collaboration with other LEAN partners across the organization, balancing your efforts between operations and projects. You will also provide support with ad-hoc systematic problem-solving or workshop facilitation to enable process stability, increase capacity, or reduce unit costs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who embodies a true LEAN mindset — someone who not only understands but passionately believes in the principles that drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence, and can inspire others to follow them. We do realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

An academic degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with LEAN implementation, project management, strategy deployment, coaching, change management, and cultural transformation. Expertise in LEAN transformation and/or turnaround processes in a large multi-site, international environment. Professional proficiency in English.

As a person, you have a remarkable ability to communicate with clarity and assertiveness, along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and negotiate at a strategic level. You demonstrate excellent cooperation skills and excel in fostering collaboration and ensuring active engagement among other employees.
