We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees in Cebu!
As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. Designing and delivering interventions to leaders accross the organization.
You will be a part of a Global team, most initiatives will be globally planned and deployed hence having worked for international teams and having English and other languages skills are well appreciated.
Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding employees and leaders through their learning journey.
If you have experience in designing learning interventions through various methods, managing a team, working with 9box and talent review tools, and budgets, we would be thrilled to meet you.

Create and execute learning strategies and programs Design training content and deliver to leadership levels Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. micro-learning, coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, online training) Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Propose programs based on findings. Design and implement. Update learning KPIs and build summaries to present the result of the work completed Help managers develop their team members through IDP, providing useful tools for managers to lead their people. Support the launch and maintenance of the Talent Review process Track budgets and negotiate contracts Hire and oversee training and L&D SpecialistsWho you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Experience in project management and budgeting Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors Bachelors in Business, Psychology or a related field Professional certification (e.g. CPLP/CIPD) is a plusWhy you’ll love us.
