We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner to join our L&D team at Clarivate. The successful candidate will be active in both the design and delivery of a wide array of learning content and modalities, ultimately benefiting a wide variety Clarivate colleagues.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of L&D design and delivery experience- with prior leadership development experience a plus.
Solid understanding of the learning needs of a global workforce and strategies for effectively supporting remote and hybrid employees
Familiarity with learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and live/virtual workshop facilitation
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret learning metrics

Prior experience in a technology (software or QA engineering) role – or prior L&D experience inside a technology-heavy organization
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset to drive continuous improvement in learning strategies
Ability to adapt to ever-evolving business needs by demonstrating the ability to cultivate Innovation, manage complexity and plan and align, accordingly.
What will you be doing in this role?
Implement a wide range of learning and development opportunities, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training workshops, and other content/resources
Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness of learning content
Implement engaging learning methodologies that resonate with diverse learning styles and preferences
Lead the execution of learning initiatives, coordinate logistics and scheduling, and other resources to ensure seamless delivery of training content and programs
Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs, collecting feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
Stay up to date with advancements in learning technologies and platforms, and recommend their integration to enhance learning experiences
Leverage e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital resources to create a blended learning approach, when merited
Collaborate with department heads, managers, and executives to understand their teams' learning needs and develop customized training solutions, as requested

Hours of work
This is a permanent position with Clarivate.9 hours per day including lunch break. We have hybrid work model, flexible and employee friendly work environment.
