Job Category

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver high-impact training programs that drive professional growth and business performance. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional with a strong background in custom eLearning development, instructional design, and facilitating both instructor-led in person workshops and virtual webinars.

The ideal candidate is an innovative learning strategist who applies the ADDIE model to create engaging, learner-centric experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess skill gaps, translate complex information into clear, actionable learning, and facilitate dynamic workshops that encourage active participation.

This is a hybrid role and you must be able to commute to our office in Foster City, CA!

 

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom corporate eLearning using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline. Apply ADDIE and other instructional design models to create engaging learning solutions Assess business needs, analyze skill gaps, and recommend training strategies Develop and facilitate live workshops and virtual training sessions with strong audience engagement Create and execute sales and account management training programs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on training materials Advise and push back when necessary to ensure learning solutions align with business goals Simplify complex information into clear, digestible content for diverse learners Stay up to date on L&D trends, best practices, and new learning technologies Foster a culture of continuous learning and support team collaboration

Requirements

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field Expertise in eLearning development using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and other authoring tools Strong facilitation and instructional delivery skills, with the ability to ask great open-ended questions and drive engagement Experience creating and executing sales and account management training Proactive communication and follow-up skills to keep projects on track by engaging key stakeholders and SMEs Ability to push back diplomatically and recommend better learning strategies when/if necessary Strong listening skills to understand learner needs and business objectives Adaptability, a team-player mindset, and willingness to support colleagues

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience working in performance marketing Familiarity with LMS platforms (Workramp) and other learning technologies Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPTD) Experience designing and facilitating sales and account management training workshops

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 USD to $95,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.   #LI-HYBRID
