The Senior Learning Partner reports to the Global Head of Leadership Learning and is an integral part of the Talent, Leadership & Learning Team. Our globally integrated team operates within a matrix organisation spanning five regions, our other global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver integrated talent and learning initiatives that empower and inspire our members.
You will serve as the primary leadership learning lead in the region(s) to influence the learning agenda as the subject matter authority on leadership behavior change, bringing innovative and evolving solutions that build and strengthen Arup’s leadership capability! Directing a team of local learning practitioners focused on ensuring the quality and consistency for the application of globally led leadership learning interventions in region(s). Improving on leadership learning, in partnership with the Region People Leaders and People Partners, mobilising key partners and leverage talent data to ensure strategic investment in leadership learning achieves tangible improvement in business performance.
**The opportunity**
+ 50% of this role will be focused on leading a team of regional learning practitioners, ensuring the application of globally led learning a to create relevant and innovative interventions that are effective locally.
+ Leading the creation of high quality offerings being delivered in regions, ensuring relevance and consistency to enable successful implementation of global senior leader development programmes. This will involve all aspects of programme diagnosis, design, and delivery resourcing as well as continuous improvement through business impact measurement
+ Collaborating with colleagues to be the curator for the quality of global offerings, and embody/amplify the engagement messaging for the Academy
+ Bringing creative, innovative and future fit solutions that evolve leadership learning to the firm in service of building future fit leadership.
+ 50% of this role will be focused on relationship management with key partners across the geography. This will include:
+ Being the main point of contact, influencing to get leadership learning high on the agenda with active involvement from role models.
+ Using talent intelligence to prioritise populations for leadership learning investment.
+ Gain agreement for an adventurous geographical investment plan.
+ Periodic progress reporting and forecasting to drive momentum. This will involve profiling and hosting stories of successful leadership learning outcomes that will in turn drive leadership learning engagement.
+ Handling regional budget for leadership capability, ensuring value for money and highly effective and efficient results.
+ Builds strong external networks to bring ‘outside-in’ thinking and innovation to Arup.

**Is this role right for you?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Advanced degree a plus.
+ Validated experience of over 10 years in HR, Learning and Development, People partnering, organizational development or related experience.
+ Learning or HR professional qualification preferred.
+ Subject matter expertise in effective leadership learning strategies and methodologies that drive behavioral change.
+ Knowledge across multiple HR or organisational teams, understanding interdependencies, and driving integrated solutions.
+ Able to handle multiple conflicting priorities - balancing immediate needs with longer-term business goals.
+ Strong client management and influencing skills, with the ability to quickly establish and form effective relationships that inspire trust.
+ An approach that is coaching, relational, consultative and authentic, seeking always to understand before being understood.
+ Personal integrity with commitment and alignment to Arup values and aims.
+ Self-motivated with positive energy, a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
+ Displays curiosity, adaptability, and courage in their approach to leadership and their role. Is a role model for continuous personal and professional development and shares to the betterment of fellow practitioners as One Arup.

**New York Hiring Range** – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York is **$145,000 to $160,000** per year. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York will differ.
