The Senior Learning Production Specialist plays a key role within the Global Johnson Johnson Learning Operations organization, contributing to a dynamic learning and development ecosystem designed to empower employees in building fulfilling careers. In this role, you will coordinate, supervise and support all aspects related to onsite and virtual learning production delivery and projects resolve issues before they arise, and focus and contribute as needed. Key Responsibilities:Act as Master Producer for onsite and virtual operations subject matter expert and key POC for the coordination and production of JJ programs.Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of the course owners of the programs of our virtual and onsite production end-to-end learning delivery operationEnsures a high-quality, engaging, and memorable experience for all event participants.
