The Role
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel which provides support to the Head of Legal in the overall management and administration of the legal and commercial department, ensuring that the risk to the business is minimized and the company remains compliant with all legal requirements.

What You’ll Do

•   Involved in the entire contract lifecycle management

•   Assist in drafting, negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts with clients, suppliers and partners on a strategic and operational level

•   Assist in preparing minutes, consents, resolutions and other corporate documents

•   Maintain and keep current all corporate minute books and other corporate records of the Company and approximately 150 domestic and foreign subsidiaries

•   Assist in maintaining the Legal Department’s document database

•   Assist with maintenance of patents, trademarks and other IP issues

•   Responsibility for the standardization of our contracts and compliance with laws and regulations

•   Collaboration with our EMEA legal team (based in Switzerland, NL and the UK) and our Global legal team (based in Dallas, Texas (US))

What You’ll Bring

•            You have a master's degree in Dutch law, preferably in the field of corporate law and/or commercial law

•            You have approximately five to eight years of relevant work experience in reviewing (inter-)national contracts, preferably gained in a software- and/or international company

•            Problem solver, pragmatic approach, well developed analytical skills and interest in IT

•            You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English (Italian is a plus)

•            You are preferably available for at least twelve months

•            Enjoys working in fast paced international environment and keen to learn more about innovative software solutions

•            Special interest in data privacy issues, software licensing and intellectual property matters
