Job Description:
The Senior Service Specialist works both independently and as part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services.Responsibilities
Work independently on production assignments, often without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaints such as; lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveriesAssist management with training AV and client meeting set-upsFloor Coordination- includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceInventory, stock, and maintain office and hospitality supplies Monitor stockroom and refreshment expiration datesOther duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality servicesRequirements
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe role requires flexibility, collaboration and occasional after-hours support to maintain a positive and efficient office atmosphereThe Compensation range for this role is 21.08 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
