Our in-house legal team is looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and commercially minded professional to help drive operational excellence.

The role will work alongside the existing Legal Operations Manager based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes for the Legal Department to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.Manage the Legal Department technologies, including selection and implementation of new tools and optimisation of existing tools.Drive innovation, deploy new technologies and ensure widespread and timely adoption.Anticipate future needs of automation of the Legal team and evaluate possible cost-conscious solutions.Business Intelligence: Collect and analyse data based on key metrics to glean actionable insights for more strategic decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards in various company tools (SFDC, PowerBI).Support with financial management, such as plan legal spend, create budget, forecast expenses and monitor billing.Knowledge Management: maintain legal content on internal and external website, playbooks, templates.Mentor a team of junior legal resources based in India.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 5+ years PQE, with relevant experience gained in-house in a technology company (although particularly strong candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply).Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and business law.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Great judgment even in ambiguous situations.Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English requiredKnowledge of Linksquares CLM preferred.
