Job Summary

The Senior Lender - SVP interacts with Private Client Groups and their prospects and clients in the development of complex personal and business loans.

Pay Range: $105,900.00 - $160,238.00 - $203,100.00

Job Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES

Interviews applicants to request specified information for loan applications.Recommends requests that exceed credit quality to Portfolio Management Team Leader - SVP.Notifies Portfolio Management Team Leader - SVP immediately of any credit quality issues within portfolio.Reviews financial reports submitted by clients to monitor compliance.Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy and comply with approval.Reviews daily referrals for overdrafts and unavailable funds from financial center and private client groups.Maintains database and monitors performance of loans.Works closely with outside counsel for documentation on loan transactions.Seeks opportunities outside the bank to develop prospects for loans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 8 years commercial lending at leading money center bankFormal Credit Training required.Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferredPrior management experienceThorough knowledge of lending to individuals/businessesKnowledge of Analyzing financial statements, cash flow analysis, financial ratios
