About this role

The role will involve working on exciting residential projects from initial concept  through to construction. You will be working closely with the architects and Project Managers in a friendly and collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Being part of the project from initial concept sketch design through to construction This is a full-time role and offers an immediate start Client facing and lead design Spatial planning (hand sketching) Drafting – Advanced ArchiCAD Documentation/scheduling – candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have excellent attention to detail Construction knowledge and site experience 

Skills and Experience

8 + years professional experience Beautiful portfolio with a refined style Proficient in ArchiCAD Proven experience in residential projects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with consultants
