Senior License Compliance Sales Rep
**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD85284 **Role/Purpose:** Join our Global License Compliance (GLC) North America (NAMER) team as a key member to protect Autodesk’s Intellectual Property. As a Senior License Compliance Sales Rep, you will manage a high volume of license compliance leads and opportunities to qualify, drive, and close. You will engage in customer compliance activities, such as usage reports and audit processes, ensuring commercial resolutions while retaining and growing our customer base. Your territory will span various vertical markets, and you will collaborate with internal and external teams on compliance matters. This role may involve business travel for customer meetings, internal meetings, events, etc. **Principal Responsibilities:** + Own and manage a designated sales territory from a license compliance perspective, driving business end-to-end, including lead generation, opportunity development, and sales closure. + Identify and convert sales opportunities with customers misusing or using non-genuine Autodesk software to meet and exceed revenue goals. + Initiate usage reports, warning letters, or audit requests, guide customers through compliance processes, present non-compliance findings, negotiate resolutions, and provide customer direct quotes to satisfy license purchases. + Engage daily with customers and C-Level decision-makers to uncover compliance issues using advanced anti-piracy telemetry and analytics tools. + Leverage telemetry and audit reports to articulate compliance issues and risks, compelling customers to invest in genuine Autodesk software. + Demonstrate strong knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, products, industry trends, customer outcomes, and project delivery methods. + Execute sales strategies through outcome-based conversations with customer’s C-Level and Senior Executives across industry segments. + Collaborate effectively with multiple Autodesk teams (Territory Sales, Technical Specialists, Customer Success, Channel Management, Legal, etc.) to align on license compliance engagements. + Accurately forecast business within 10% accuracy. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 6 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience managing medium-large opportunities through the complete sales cycle, with an understanding of software licensing models and agreements. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage high volumes effectively, and handle multiple priorities and ambiguities simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data and proposals compellingly. + Demonstrated critical thinking, solution-driven and growth mindset, self-management, resilience, discipline, adaptability, lifelong learning, accountability, and highest ethics and integrity. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience and comfort with executive-level communication and negotiation. Skilled in C-Level business agreements, difficult conversations, and probing business questions leading to upsell opportunities. + High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) and CRM tools (Salesforce.com, Siebel, Clear, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Background in software license compliance. + Knowledge of broader IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity trends and threats. + Fluency in Spanish and French. **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,200 and $166,760. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
