About the right team member

The Senior Lifecycle Program Manager works with both internal and external partners to drive engagement, nurture loyalty and advocacy while reducing churn and maximizing activation and revenue from software customers. This role helps drive lifecycle’s marketing campaign strategy, focusing specifically on email, webinar, and in-product marketing and is responsible for regularly sharing insights based on comprehensive tracking and reporting.

About the roleManage email, webinar, and in-product advertising to drive prospects and customers across lifecycle stagesDevelop relationships with cross-functional teams to build process, strategy, and lifecycle roadmapBuild and communicate campaign schedules on-time to key stakeholders Establish closed-loop reporting, campaign forecasts and share out results and learnings to the broader groupsCollaborate, design and deploy automated nurture programs to both customers and prospectsMap out the lifecycle of prospects and customers as they relate to specific personas and campaign goals — build campaigns strategies and programs against these mappingsPartner with various departments to dive into client data and identify the key drop-offs in the customer journey and lifecycle communications; identify key opportunities to engage our users with targeted messagingCollaborate cross-functionally to improve sales, retention, product usage and revenue strategies and campaigns to drive incremental customer response and engagementWork closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Research and Insights teams to translate value propositions into effective positioning to both prospects and customersPartner with Content Marketing to map out content needs to each lifecycle stageDevelop revenue, retention and engagement strategies through relevant, targeted messaging and increased user engagementBe a customer advocate to drive value and success to our target audiences. Play critical role in building strategy and email programs with our marketing automation platformIdentify areas of risk and develop plans to communicate and mitigate those risksAll other duties as assignedSkills & experienceBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience requiredSenior level email marketing experience with 4+ years of experience within a SaaS environmentAbility to take business goals and translate them into strategies, and then actions, for lead acquisition and customer engagementThorough knowledge of digital marketing strategies and the prospect to customer lifecycle journeyExperience creating and optimizing workflows and email sequences within a leading marketing automation platform (Marketo experience preferred)Experience in the ideation of emails, landing pages, and CTAs, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, and drawing actionable conclusions from resultsExcellent creativity, sense of visual design (HTML and CSS experience preferred), and great attention to detailEager to continuously innovate within a rapid growth environmentComfortable developing benchmarks, setting short-term and long-term goals, measuring program performance, and delivering regular updates and insights to a wide variety of stakeholder audiencesExperience managing multi-faceted projects within a project management softwareAbility to manage initiatives through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building with excellent verbal and written communication skills
