Basic supervision skills for the kitchen line. Full understanding of Health Department regulations related to sanitation and food handling. Comprehensive knowledge and mastery of all kitchen stations. Demonstrated interest in the intersection of food and health. Understanding and proficiency in managing gluten-free diets. #LI-CP1
