**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Senior Litigation and Investigations Counsel will independently manage a wide variety of litigation and investigation matters globally and across businesses or functions and provide strategic legal advice and recommendations to business leaders as to those matters. The preferred location for this position is in the Minneapolis/St. Paul; remote applicants will be considered.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Conduct and manage in-depth and complex global investigations through full lifecycle, including developing investigation plan, collecting relevant evidence and interviews, drafting interview memos, investigation reports and summaries for senior leaders and business stakeholders.
+ Establish investigations and privilege center of expertise and serve as a resource for Law colleagues in managing investigations.
+ Manage complex litigation and pre-litigation matters across a wide range of issues. Manage all aspects of commercial litigation including managing outside counsel, responding to subpoenas and discovery requests, reviewing legal briefs and pleading, interviewing and preparing witnesses, and negotiating and drafting settlements. Drive litigation strategy on an individual case and portfolio level.
+ Research, analyze and interpret proposed and existing laws, statutes and regulations.
+ Identify, evaluate, and address complex and strategic issues of legal and commercial risk.
+ Gather relevant facts and information from multiple sources using probing questions and methods and apply the results to legal research and analysis to drive positive outcomes.
+ Provide strategic commercial solutions and advice to business and function leaders.
+ Engagement, oversight, and cost management of outside counsel.
+ Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Juris doctor and licensed to practice law in current jurisdiction with an ability and willingness to be licensed in Minnesota, if necessary
+ Exceptional communication, advocacy, writing and drafting skills
+ Consistent and confirmed ability to drive commercial outcomes using a creative, resilient, and agile approach
+ Ability to build deep trusting and collaborative relationships and proactively address conflict
+ Minimum of eight years of related work experience
+ Minimum of three years of experience managing internal investigations, government investigations and litigation
Preferred Qualifications
+ Proven commitment to community service, including pro bono work
+ Experience leading business and legal teams
+ Expertise in fraud, antitrust, FCPA and other anti-bribery legal frameworks
The expected salary for this position is $200,000.00 - $220,000.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
